You probably heard about Latvia's most popular seaside resort Jūrmala? Well, in 2013 it was really cold winter there and Baltic Sea froze totally, even in March it was still all frozen with thick ice layer. Have you seen anything like that?Sea freezes really rare, it have to be real bad minuses to get that and this year in february it was down to -35°C.
