Today I wanted to make a post about my fears!

Today I wanted to make a post about my fears! ❗️
And then I realized… I don’t have any! Probably because I have other priorities.????

I noticed that many people these days have such fears as: fear to die, to get old, to lose close people, to lose capital, to become helpless..
Or another type of fear as: heights , speed, darkness, water, monsters, blood, fear to go to the hell and way more different types of phobias and fears…

Weird that nobody is scared of not educating themselves, not working, not managing discipline in their lives, not doing sports and health care, not respecting themselves and respecting others, not investing in future, not having healthy surrounding.

In my opinion these are the things what you should truly fear of! Because if that’s what you don’t do, then get ready for downhill and more fears in your life!

    Also some fears are caused by childhood experience.

    I have issue with blood XD. When I see major blood injury in front of me. I feel like fainting (not all the time tho). But this is not fear. Blood fear is a different thing.

    I just read from a book (the myths of innovation) that according to studies most stressful things that can happen to you (the big five) are death of loved one, getting fired, divorce, marriage and moving (new home or work). Could be even major illness or injury. They combine fear of suffering with forced change. They demand that your life is changed in ways out of your control. Although its possible to endure these big five. … I think some change can be for better.

    Stress is actually a good thing ans it is still something what we can control(if it is healthy person). But once it is getting worse, that is already Fear and Panic, so to be honest blood fear is very much same thing, if you panic and faint that means you can not control yourself already and that is something what better to be trained and improved as with any type of fears.
