Yoga time! Part 1

This is a 1st part - warming up for you! You might like some of this poses maybe you even want to try yrself? :D

On 2nd part I will have way more difficult poses to show you, so you better get ready and practice the ones I just shared and you don't screw it up nest time! ;) :D
