My Birthday – Black Friday 13 ‘2020

First I was surprised by my friends at home with presents, explosions and beautifully made cake!

After this we were on the way to one cool place - restaurant “La Finca”. This restaurant was in another city, in Elche. Place is truly impressive, very beautiful and pleasant, cozy atmosphere.

Dishes here were something very different, many of these things I never even tried in my life which made this experience very adventurous. Serving was like nothing I've ever seen before, every dish and appliances was totally different and we actually were taught how to eat it every time. It was 20 different dishes! Something like this I didn't experience even at weddings! I ate a picture, lips, icekream asparagus, caviar in bushes, desert “chanel Nr5” and much more! All these pictures I am sharing so you can see by yourself.

That was my 13.11.2020 birthday. Probably one of most unforgettable days in history now.

Then it was not IT! On the weekend we went to celebrate some more and went to some local Alicante restaurant “La Taberna del Gourmet”. This Place is also priceless with super fresh seafood and different tapas.

We've been trying all kinds of stuff - from paella till different little sea monsters. BWT at last I managed to try sea urchins and they're pretty tasty!

Turns out that sea urchins are healthy too. High in protein. A good source of fiber. A healthy source of Vitamin A, Vitamin E, calcium, and iodine. Promote good blood circulation.A great snack for those watching their weight. It's low in fat and carbohydrates, and contains only about 125 calories per 2-3 pieces.

Anyways! My birthday was fun, informative and with lots of love.
