Spring is already here and tomorrow we do here in Spain Daylight Saving Time. Because of that I decided to share some special photos with you from my spring memories in 2011.

This photos been made at the very beginning of may in 2011. Was already warm so me and my friends decided to go to Jurmala city which is only 25 km away from Riga. I have been always crazy and my modeling for photos is pretty insane even today haha so don’t be surprised from what you see in gallery lol.

A little about Jurmala city

Jurmala has been a beloved seaside resort for over 200 years.

When I lived in Latvia I did visit this city very often because Jurmala is quite unique place with a beautiful nature, soft sandy beaches, very interesting style to architecture, legendary SPA resorts which I loved to visit quite often. And there are more activities to do especially in summer time including sunbathing, swimming , sport activities, picnics and more.

Jurmala is also city of summer Festivals. Most famous one was a New Wave. (New Wave is an international contest for young performers of popular music founded in 2002 ... For the first 14 years New Wave was held in the Latvian coastal city of Jūrmala, but in 2015 it moved to Sochi, the Russian Federation.)
