Hot Shower

I’m gonna go take a hot shower. It’s like a normal shower but WITH ME in it. :P

But if we are more serious then traveling and being all the time on the road takes a lot of energy away so it is important to relax in the end of the day. Shower is the best option for this kind of thing. Specially if we remember that our body is made 70% of water, them impact is huge even on chemical level
