El Palmeral Park in Alicante, Spain

During the summer time park is open from 9 AM till 11 PM.

Parking is available along the whole park area and there is enough space.

El Palmeral Park has many various palm trees - approximately 7000 trees.

Though It is still May 2020 and still quarantine time. So, that is why some spots are taped and the cafeteria is not working at the moment. Once quarantine will be over it will be possible:

• 🤸🏻‍♀️ to exercise in a park.
• ☕️ sit in a cafe in the center of the park.
• 🛶 grab a rowing boat on the lake.
• 🎠 use playgrounds for kids.
• 🚲 go on the BMX track.

When I was visiting the park yesterday, there were only a few people in the whole park, so I had no problems making photos and recording the videos. It was very comfortable. I also sat around little tables (on which you could play chess too) in a beautiful area surrounded by a lake and beautiful green palm plants. I think that I spent around 1 hour at the lake alone.

El Palmeral Park is a good Pit Stop to either start your day or end it, in a little part of nature without the feeling of being surrounded by the city buildings and hassle. Very silent and relaxing place. Equipped with sitting areas, toilets and a police checkpoints this place makes sure to give you a good time during your travels.
