Bryce Canyon National Park

Bryce Canyon is something out of this world. Beautiful rock formations - the hoodoos that can easily be viewed from viewpoints near the road. Here you will find many viewpoints.

But as park is very big and the views are amazing from every angle it would be great to do hiking. Beautiful fun trails goes around and through the canyon.

I did upload quite a few panorama pictures from Bryce viewpoints. You have to see it!

Ah and here again met a squirrel, this time Golden- mantled ground squirrel.

Now you can tell that i visited quite a few Canyon national parks on this USA trip. Trust me this is not last one either. Stay with me and i will share few more.

Size Range: 5-150 ft. tall (1.5-45 m)
Formation Name: Claron Limestone
Rock Age: Paleocene or Eocene in age, 40-60 mya
Famous Examples: Thor's Hammer, The Hunter, Queen Victoria
Animals in the park: Mountain Lion, Utah prairie dog, Uinta chipmunk, Golden- mantled ground squirrel, Great Basin rattlesnake, Steller’s jay, Pronghorn, Clark’s nutcracker, Violet-green swallow.
